This past week we took maternity pictures in La Grange, TN. I also had another doctor appointment. Everett's heart rate was 135 and the fundal height was 35. She said everything looks good and it's ok if I lose weight or stay the same because she only looks at overall weight gain not week by week. For my homework I don't have to test my blood sugar in the mornings except once a week (yay! one less stick) and she wants me to bring my birth plan to the next appointment. We also had a natural child birth class. I had to put clips on my ears and hold ice cubes in my hands to mimic the levels of pain and stages of birth. We practiced different positions, massage and breathing techniques.
