Clean Eating Challenge

Have you seen this on Sometimes Sweet blog?


I've tried to eat clean before + really enjoyed it.  It's amazing what it does to your body.  You will have more energy, feel better, your face will glow + you might lose weight.  Sounds great right?  It's sort of hard to keep up with, but I try to eat healthy for the most part.  I just have a major sweet tooth, but there are healthy options for someone who likes dessert.  Yesterday, I tried a wasa cracker with almond butter + raspberries.  It was so good:

  1. that is such a great healthy yummy option! i have a sweet tooth but eat pretty healthy for the most part. i am starting to make smoothies in the morning, a kale & pear smoothie that is suppose to be super delicious and packed with so many vitamins!

  2. Smoothies sound great. I haven't tried any yet. Something about having to get the blender out, clean it, etc. in my already busy morning has kept me from doing it. Maybe on the weekend :) Kale + pear sounds really good. Thanks for visiting + posting ♥
