This month we went to The Peabody for our sketch group. There were lots of people in the lobby waiting to see the ducks march. It was quite a production. I'm just glad I sat in a seat with a good view of the fountain.

It was a great place to sketch! The air conditioning was nice + some of the girls even got mimosas! :) I decided to sketch the beautiful chandelier next. It was so ornate.

ReplyDeleteYour welcome, and thank you. Yes I live here in Memphis. I just learned of the Memphis Urban Sketchers this month. I really wanted to come to the next get together, at the Flying Saucer. Unfortunately, I probably wont be able to make it. Hopefully Ill be able to come to the next sketch group. Im looking forward to meeting everyone. Cant wait to see your newest sketches.
Im inspired to see so much talent here in Memphis.
